Refund reason:
- Unauthorized charge on my credit card from next year.
- Slow down my computer speed very obviously.
- Crash down my computer and I have to restart it again and again.
- Avast security premium’s searching engine blocks and substitutes my google chrome, so I can’t use it anymore.
- Avast security premium’s searching engine blocks my Microsoft internet explorer, I can’t use it anymore.
- Avast security premium blocks my Window Firewall, I can not enter it to do anything.
- I have deleted all the Avast software from my computer since Feb. 4th, and my computer becomes normal. From Feb. 4 I have written 2 emails and contacted 5 customer service assistants to request a refund, yet I did not get the refund until today. >:(
Can anyone help me to get my refund? Or is the Avast 30 days refund guarantee just a joke?
