I have had no acknowledgement of having lodged a request for refund of the Vpn service. This was taken from my account prior to the scheduled date and I am not interested in a paid product. I have therefore lodged more than one request and have also emailed per a receipt for the refund that was approved for the cleaner product.
I’ve had no response to lodging one of the two refunds, taken 3 days before they were scheduled and consequently, Paypal has intervened and will be pursuing the refund.
