I requested to receive a refund for Internet security. I already placed a ticket for this. My ticket number is DFW-988-50847. I placed this ticket on December 29th and haven’t received a reply yet. It’s been 2 weeks. Can someone please help me regarding this matter so I receive my refund??

There is no excuse for such delay than we are overloaded after Xmas break. We are doing our best to get it back to normal…

I have tried to update a license for my father in law but he never got his license. I have tried different ways to get a refund. The ticket number is EUB-649-92114 on his e-mailadres Cees.blok@kpnplanet.nl

Did you check the Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, to try and recover it. You/he will need to enter the email that you/he used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.
I suggest you remove your fathers email address on a publicly available forum, it could be harvested for spammers.
