i canceled a service the same day i signed up for it ( because it actually didnt do anything) and to my surprise i was charged twice for the same service i canceled during my “free trial” my ticket number is #846248 I’ve been waiting over a week and ive tried calling in and all you do is leave me on hold for hours… i dont want to have to but if you dont refund it i have to report it as fraud to my CC provider this is getting ridiculous.
What you called is not avast but a third party that only handles some things and they are not free.
