REFUND???

Can anyone explain to me why it would take 8 whole ebmuvvdays to respond to a request for a refund of funds automatically debited from my account? ??

Ever thought that you are not the only one asking avast something?
Ever thought it can take some time to arrange a refund?
Ever thought that there are holidays?
etc. etc.

Ever thought that is ALL BS??? How long could it possibly take to review an account and verify it’s legit then reverse the charge??? Three business days is standard. At this point is been 2 weeks and I haven’t even received a response other than the standard auto-generated one. But why am I talking to you?

Well you say 3 days is standard, I have always read 10 business days if no further info is required. Waiting is the name of the game, unfortunately this is a support forum for product users and not much anyone here can do about sales and refunds.
You’ve done what you needed to do now give it awhile longer, week or so. Just saying
