I bought Grime Fighter on August 12, installed it on August 12, it had no effect on my PC (if anything my PC slowed down after installation) so I filled in the feedback on August 12 saying the software did not work and requested a refund under the 30-day money back guarantee conditions.
I received no reply so on August 27 i phoned up and got a support ticket created. Today, Sept 5, having had no reply i clicked on the ‘Click here for ticket status…’ link and tried to log on. I couldn’t so i went thru the log in password procedure and got the password reset successful message but still could not log on (getting the now extremely annoyed ‘Oops…’ message. I phoned again but the support guy could only escalate the ticket and i could not talk to customer service (that is not my understanding of customer service).
I have seen one post which says it will take months to get action, does anyone have any ideas? What exactly am i doing wrong? I am not interested in keeping Grime fighter, under the 30-day money back guarantee, i should be able to get my money back, right?
