Hello, I submitted a ticket 5 days ago for a refund regarding an auto-renewal, I haven’t gotten any reply whatsoever yet.
The ticket number is #IUE-632-91503
The story is I wasn’t expecting an auto renewal for another year, I just wanted to try out the premium service for a year but I wasn’t aware that it was gonna charge me again. I hope someone from the Avast team could help me out quickly.
Have you researched/tried to cancel auto renewal?

Edit error
A trial isn’t lasting a year, it is 30 days.
And as mentioned over and over again, avast is trying to handle refund request within 10 business days.
Eddy, I was going by this:

I’m assuming he paid for one year of Premium.
I DID pay for one year premium but I didn’t know it was gonna be auto pay for another year, this got me by surprise. I already took off the auto renewal but they already charged me $35 plus tax
