I order Avast secure online services almost one and half months before. After receving the money they cancelled my subscription due to reasons not known to me and just wrote to me that i can claim the refund my avast online support. I created a ticket for the refund on my money on avast support online portal.
Its almost one months now that i have raised the ticket for refund of my money, till today i have not received anyfeedback from Avast in this regard. Its crazy that they have my money for almost one month without giving my product services.
This is the way Avast is cheating the Customers. I hope someone from AVAST can read my message on this forum and respond to my ticket.
