Try the following, submit a support ticket https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new.
This can take between 5 and 10 days to handle, depending on the payment method. Pleas don’t submit multiple tickets or update existing ones as this can slow the process as the countdown starts afresh.
Give it some time, if you haven’t gotten a response get back to this topic and post the support ticket ID and we will try to get it some attention.
