I have been charged the sum of 399 Danish kroner to my bank account, for an Avast antivirus software subscription I do not recall ordering. This is not okay, I want my money back! Furthermore, I have been less than satisfied with the performance of Avast on my pc, and have uninstalled your software in favor of a different product from another company. I do not want to pay for something I never ordered in the first place, and which I also feel is a substandard product. To conclude, if I do not get my money back, I shall involve the proper authorities. Do not make bad publicity worse, I can see on your forums that I’m not the only dissatisfied customer.

I just canceled my credit card because I was afraid Avast would try to get money from it due to their auto renewal policy.
I’ll not be buying anything from Avast in the future.
