My subscription renewed but I don’t use Avast anymore. I submitted a ticket stating that I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund. If someone here could bring attention to this issue that would be greatly appreciated. My ticket ID #661076

Which is why not having a customer service support line for paying customers is appalling.
