REFUND

I’ve submitted a refund ticket and have waited 16 day and haven’t even gotten a reply that they have seen it, i’ve submitted more tickets but out of anger, honestly i’m pretty done with Avast especially now that i have read that this is a common problem. The program isn’t even useful, have to pay for all these extra add on. i’ve waited patiently but you Avast have gone to far.

Ticket system work as first in / first out. If you create a new you are put back in line :-\

avast sure is useful and of course you have to pay for extra’s.

If you buy a car and want a trailer, a special pain job etc, you have to pay extra for it.

All those extras i get free with other services, Ccleaner for example. Regardless i tried the service and wanted to cancel, so no use for it over the free version or a program like AVG. I would like my refund regardless

I didn’t pay for the free version, we were just saying how the free version is just as good as free AVG. then someone stated they were both owned by avast. Anyway
