REFUND

Been an avast cust for 10 years very happy!Till now i had my acct on auto renewal and cancelled as i no longer need the program i still have not received and answer to my ticket nor my refund not 1 email not one response No REFUND WHY???I use cleanup battery saver on droid too paid versions its ashame i cannot get a simple email or refund !!Ticket numbers 838476,836330

Handling of tickets currently takes 10-15 business days.

I have also opened a ticket (#828660) almost 2 weeks ago but it is still being processed. Im worried that I will lose the within 30 days refund if I don’t get one soon :frowning: I didnt want to auto-renew and honestly I dont use my email account anymore so I didnt see the emails ><

It doesn’t matter when avast is handling the ticket as long as you created it within 30 days after purchase.
