Refund

So, I purchased on 12/11/17. I installed, and it made my ASUS ROG ZX50VW-MS71 incredibly slow, few games would load, the few that did had framerates in the teens at best and became unresponsive within an hour. It wouldn’t matter if it was after fresh reboot or if the system was left running for a few hours. HDD was getting thrashed, under the resource monitor avast had HDD bandwidth maxed constantly. I switched my mechanical drive out for an SSD and still the same issue.
To top it off, as my computer is nearly unusable after paying $64, the software I bought has almost half of the viewable interface made up of advertisements to buy more products.
I have attempted twice since 12/17/17 to get a refund within the 30 day period, and still no response. I was asked for the Cleverbridge reference ID, but never got any confirmation, acknowledgement, or refund.
