Refund

Avast was bought on my computer without my knowledge using a card that was already saved to my keychain.However, I have gotten confirmation in my refund but the email stated that it could take up to 7 days before the transaction is complete. My debit card is now depleted of funds and I have other subscriptions (that I actually bought) that renew within a couple of days, is there any way the refund process could be speeded up? Is there a number I can call for this type of customer support?

There isn’t any phone # to call. The only help would be via the media you’ve already followed.

Thank you for your message and contacting Avast. Based on your written request via regular channel (https://support.avast.com/en-us/contact/) your refund was already successfully processed and you should have it on your account already. The period of up to 7 days is the worst case scenario and under normal circumstances the refund is being finalized after 2 or 3 business days. I’ve provided you more details via PM.
