First you will have to wait for a response on your support ticket. They are handled on a first in first out order so modifying or creating another support ticket could actually slow the process.
When you purchase an avast product, you should get an email with your license attached ?
That should also detail what you purchased and numbers, etc. ?
The other possible wrinkle would be if you used different emails for each purchase.
You could also logon to your my.avast.com account and click the License section, that should show what licenses you have.
