I have used Avast antivirus pro plus with 3 year license that was due for renewal the end of June 2018. I paid for a renewal on the 18th June 2018 for another three years subscription and received an order by e-mail (Order: 927 327 4010) but I kept getting “your license will expire” messages until the end of June 2018 when I got a message “your license has expired” I have logged numerous “tickets” and when I received replies eventually nobody could solve the problem. I have been without protection for several weeks when I decided to purchase security from a different company. I have requested a refund on the 14th July 2018 and again on the 23rd July 2018 and NO response to date??
