Refund

Hello,

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent refund request.

I explained that I forgot which account I used, but I was able to provide the PAYCO payment details.
However, I was told that without an account, a refund is not possible.

Additionally, the email support refused to assist with the refund, and when I contacted your call center,
the representative mocked my English and referred to me as a “Yankee.”

This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I would like to know how this kind of treatment is acceptable.

Please review this matter seriously and respond accordingly.
