Refund

Hello! I requested a refund to a subscription on 6th of July. It says on the email that they are refunding my money but until this day, 14th of July there’s still no progress. How can I contact their support to talk to a live agent?

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

From memory I believe it takes up to 7 working (banking days) to be seen as cleared funds in our Account.

I have the same problem. On 3 rd of July, I started a refund request, than it shows me a case number but I didn’t get a confirmation via E-Mail. The Year before it was easier to contact the Avast Team!!! I’m disappointed!
What should I do now, I have no E-Mail Adress, no confirmation. I took a picture from the case number but when I have no Mail Adress, I can’t send it to anyone to remind an ask about my Question.

Yes I did, but there was no refund button. The Problem is that the amount for one of my subscriptions has been debited twice from my credit card. I would like to get in contact with a real Avast employee to solve the problem or to get answer my questions.
I would like it to be simple as described and the problem would be solved. But I need individual help.

Update: I got my refunds earlier after 8 days. I replied to their email last 8 days ago to follow-up my request.

Did you go through your Avast Account as outlined in the link I gave ?
