I have had an amount of €169.98 from My bank account, which I assume was a renewal that I was not aware of. I am not stupid but to try and get direct customer support is just not possible. . I’ve waded through all the click links to either Unsubscribe or get a refund, but it’s like going around on a hamster wheel. I also opened the Avast App to sign up and go through that method of unsubscribing, however it doesn’t show whatever subscription I’m supposed to have signed up for. Please h e l.p
