Thanks David. I only submitted additional tickets after waiting 16 days for a response to my first ticket. The person I spoke to the first time in technical support said it would take 2 days for a response. So after 16 days, I decided to try again. I did include all the pertinent information, but never got a reply, hence my additional attempts, and finally my post here in the forum.
I did call technical support because it was the only number available. I spoke to someone who told me to submit my ticket. I didn’t know then that I shouldn’t call that number for help with this, but that was the only one I had. They advised me to go through the ticket system, which I did, but that hasn’t worked either. I was also transferred to someone in the US billing department (I think it was for the business or total system) who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I feel like I’ve exhausted my options at this point…It really shouldn’t be this difficult to just get a refund.
I will go try the contact link that you gave me. Hopefully either that or this forum can finally help me resolve this.
