The first ticket id is #BDJ-364-59862. The other two are basically just reiterations of the first, and more recent, so they aren’t as important. But that first one is from 17 days ago, so I’m really irked by the amount of time it takes to just get a response. I’m less concerned with getting a response to the ticket and more concerned with just getting the refund I’m requesting. If we can just skip straight to the refund part, I can give you my order number/date of purchase to expedite things.
