Refunds

I cannot get any response about a refund request!!!
Sick of waiting, it’s been over 10 days. I did not request automatic renewal!!

What is the support ticket ID number and I will try to draw attention to it ?
When did you create it ?

Whist this delay isn’t acceptable (as an avast user) I don’t know if you have tried to modify or submit other tickets, as this can have an adverse effect as the tickets are dealt with in a first in first out basis. Modifying or creating new tickets would effectively push it back.

I am so tired of calling AVAST support! I have called 3x about the same cancellation and refund! Please help? AVAST support is suppose to send confirmation email to no avail.
