Does anyone know how I can contact this firm for a refund of money they have taken from my account - I keep getting the old runaround on the website- no phone number no contact info at all I’m very dissatisfied!
in support there is a refund option
I filed for a billing I had already unsubscribed to and after a week of no response I went thru Paypal and got my money back

To be fair I found that when I actually checked on PayPal they had refunded me the same day, but I did get really frustrated by going round in circles with the support part of the site - it wasn’t very obvious how to get to where you wanted to be on it - and I’m still not sure if they cancelled the auto renewal part of the software or not hopefully they did this time.
