FOR THE LAST YEAR I HAVE TRIED TO SYOP PAYMENTS TO 4/5 parts of Avast. I HAVE FAILED.
No response to any of my communications. A complicated mess of a system to get amywhere.
Why does no-one respond.

it is so good to actually be in touch with someone who might just be able to help me.
AVAST seem to think that they have solved my problem. They have refunded £35.
For over a year, one year!I have been trying to stop. I’ve asked AVAST from taking money from me. I have filled out forms online. I have sent email separately and receive no response - until only very recently whereby somebody manages to refund £35.
In fact, amounts of £79and £69 and amounts like that have been taken off me over the year and I’ve received no refund. I’ve not used these services. I didn’t want these resources and I only came on for a trial. I tried to stop the trial but failed and I’ve since been unable to get rid of these people claiming from me. I have managed to stop in the outgoing payment from now through PayPal but I have still not satisfied myself even though I have received one refund.
Can you help me please?
