I know this has been asked before,but how soon before your year registration for the free version expires can you actually re-regis. Thanks.
I believe it is 30 days, you would normally get a notification starting then and the avastUI, Maintenance, Registration section would change to allow you to re-register.

This is for anyone who has not had to re-reg yet at any time for avast free,this morning along with the pop up that avast had updated I also got a pop up saying my avast would expire in 29 days,all you have to do is basically enter your e-mail address,after you enter that your protected for another full year,couldn’t be easier,not my 1st time re-regging here.
This might also help take the mystery out of renewing avast!
