Regarding refund

I submitted a ticket a few days ago and have not heard back. Avast automatically renewed my two subscriptions and I did not want them renewed and I want a refund as soon as possible. How long does it take to hear back from someone?

You just need to have patience.

The processing time of the ticket (although sluggish at best currently) doesn’t effect your right to a refund; provided you have submitted your ticket request within the time frame for refund, 30 days in the case of the avast for windows product (Pro, AIS or Premier).

However, you haven’t mentioned which avast products these refund requests are for, so the 30 days figure I gave may be different.
