Registered email address is just made up (help)

Hi All,

I purchase a full copy of avast. Then I didn’t know what to do. And I’ve just worked out why.

The registered email address when setting up the account was just a made up one (some IT guy installed it on the computer not me). So now I’ve purchased the full version I can’t get to the email. I also appear to not be able to change the email address.

Help how can I get the email?

I submitted last night still awaiting a reply. Any ideas how long they normally take as I’m off on holiday tomorrow.
