Registration email not coming?

I support several computers for retirees locally. I always recommend Avast and often install it for them.

This morning I tried to register an Avast home edition and I never got the registration number email. So I retied and got the email that you could not find the customers email for the registration. What’s up?

It is a hotmail.com account. Why would the registration fail, but the registration retry failure notice work? I tried to get an registration number for the lady using my own email at a more normal pop3 mail server and never got the registration back there either?

Registration emails with a key number were not sent in the morning, because of a electrical power failure in our building. Anyway, we received all registration requests, so I think all incoming emails were already handled by our system.

I tried to obtain a new registration number about an hour ago. I still don’t have the response email yet. So I think your, “so I think all incoming emails were already handled by our system” is still a bit optimistic.

BTW, you guys have a great product. I have at least 20 clients, all home users, who love it and I have sold 5-6 commercial license for you as well. Keep up the good work.

Remember to check your spam software (if you using that) and spam folder, sometimes the mail is ended up there.

The four registration emails all have arrived. They were sent out about 90 minutes after I first requested them. The problem is resolved. keep up the good work.
