I love antivirus (free or not) but sadly, the license key that you gave me did not work. It says “C72212212….” Is an invalid…. Is there a way to fix this??

What exact version of avast do you have?
Where did you get the license key from?

P.S.
The “C7…” is not a license key, but a registration code.

I also have a client with 25 days left. She inputs the key emailed by Avast and then it says it’s invalid. Also when clicking on the register tab it will say loading but then closes. She is using Win 7 64 bit

Request the license and try to use it:
Paid version : http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php
Free version : http://www.avast.com/resend-license-free-antivirus.php

If it fails, tell us the exact avast version, windows version and other information that may be relevant like is/was there another malware remover on the system and how was it deleted…

Resending key - is not valid. Windows 7 Prof. Avast FREE version 140710-0. Internet through a proxy and online registration is not possible.
