Registration free doesn't work

Hello,

I often install avast on the computers of my friends. Lately, when I try recording (Maintenance / Register / register now) I have the little window “Recovering information, please wait” which opens, but the following form does not open normally.

How to solve this problem?

If you’ll wait a few minutes it’ll open normally, it’s just waiting for the engine to initialize.

Or it could be a server issue on their end :slight_smile:

Thanks for your answer and sorry, but the application form is launched from a couple of minutes but nothing appears!
