Registration Key applied for but not Recieved Avast Free.....NOT IN SPAM FOLDER)

Yesterday I helped my father install Avast on my recommendation after years of using Norton. Just one problem, after installing Avast, I then filled in his registration for him (with a correct email address obviously), but no registration key has been received, neither in his inbox nor in Spam.

Is there anyone at Avast I can PM with his details to see what has happened? I don’t really want to put his emaill addy up on the forum if it can be helped.
