hello i am having trouble with registering when i click register it starts loading and then it dose nothing how can i fix this?
it give the fallowing message
retrieving data please wait
then nothing happens

this don’t help me
when it get to the loading for that
the loading goes away but the registry don’t go anywhere
it gets to the retrieving info screen then the screen goes away and nothing else comes up

When it does load, make sure your email isn’t blocking anything…and check your spam folder.
Did you reboot after install ? this seems to solve alot of new installation problems, if still no luck try a repair though add remove programs then try registering again. Otherwise there is the online registration link that safesurf has provided for you.
