When I tried to log in to your forum using Facebook, your site said I could not log in, because my Facebook does not have an email Address associated with it. Excuse me, but yes it does.
Then I tried to register on your forum with a new account, and then when I put in my email Address, I was told that my email Address was already in use. And then when I tried to use that email to log in, I couldn’t log in, so I proceeded to request a new password. Then I was notified that my email was not registered on the site. A total contradiction!
Also, why don’t you have a normal way to contact the company, like an email or phone number?
There is a bug in the request a new password function (reported and acknowledged in another topic), were it isn’t immediately available and could take 48 hours. Avast are working to resolve this and it is expected to be resolved by Monday.

I don't think that was the message.
It believe it is more something like "There is no Facebook account associated with your avast account".
