I’m trying to renew my avast 4.8 home edition registration. On the form the graphic that normally shows letters/numbers (that you must copy) is not there. There is a small red “x” in it’s place.

Are you talking about the captcha code at the bottom of the page, labeled: security check?
Which browser are you using? It works fine for me in firefox…
