I feel like a dummy…I can’t seem to get to the place to re-register an update! Duh, can you help me please?

I thought I had only upgraded, but it keeps asking me for my registration number. When the box pops up, for the frequent upgrades, it states I need to add my number. Maybe I downloaded a new copy instead of the update?

No I don’t think so.
Several things can be going on here.
Is your system date/time still correct?
Is the key you are using about 14 months old?

My time and date are correct, the program has been on here forever, but I have never had to re-enter the key, or re-register. Kinda strange, but I don’t doubt it’s something I’ve done wrong.
I just scanned my system with it, and that works fine.
The update box still pops up and states that I need to supply my registration key or number.

So, can you please register avast again, receive a new key, copy and paste it there?
