Hi, I have a question. I requested a refund on the Avast website, and I received an email notification stating that it would be delivered within 5 to 7 days. That time has passed, and they still haven’t refunded me. In fact, they’ve overcharged me for the product, even though it has a different price on the website. Could someone help me?

I believe the 5-7 days refers to banking days.
