Is there a possibility to reinsert your license key in avast! Pro 5.0 once you entered it?

Why do you need to do that ?
Having inserted a legit/valid license key the registration/license is set for the remainder of the period of the license. At that point you would be notified 14 days from the renewal date.

Because in our organization we are the holder of different license keys. And if you insert the wrong key, now you have a problem. This means uninstalling and installing again.

If you click “Insert license file” button again, won’t it allow you to add the “new” license key?

With the button ‘Insert license file’ you can insert a file. Not a license key.
I have no file, only a key.

Alpha/numeric keys only are for use in old versions of avast 4.8 and prior. So, if you only have that key(even if it is a key from a file), it can not be used in 5.0 and you must use a license file itself.

Click on Maintenance, than Registration for online registering.

  1. Open Avast.
  2. Click on “Maintenance” then “Registration”.
  3. Fill out the form for your license key and click “Submit”.
