reinstall avast IS 2014 on Win10 problem

I had Avast IS 2014 running and installed Win 10. Now due to a problem with networking I uninstalled Avast with avastclear and then tried to re-install it again. I was greeted with a message from MS which said I could not install software as it might
damage my PC.

Strange as it was working or appeared to be working Ok before the uninstall. Now what do I do? Is it a case of buying a new package from Avast. If so then I think it should be done for free or at least a voucher for the unused parts.

You need to install the latest avast version, not a old one.

Thanks this worked and also resolved my problem of casting via media player to my DVD.

This download was a free trial, but after searching managed to get it to accept my old avast 2014 payment. This needed to be run from the free version and then logging into your account. It could have been made clearer, but I got there in the end.
