Hi I saw this question was asked b4 but I think the user figured it out and never got back.

I just refomatted my HD and installed Win 7. I had avast Pro addition before I did that. I thought I saved a screen shot of the receipt I got but I can’t find it on the back up drive. I also tried the option avast has to enter your email address and the last 5 digits of the credit card i used to purchase it but it said my account was not found.

How do I reinstall Avast Pro or do I actually have to call customer service?
