Relevant Knowledge in Browser Cleanup

Hi, first time posting so I apologies if I leave out any relevant info.

I recently ran a Smart Scan and was met with a warning that the Toolbar “RelevantKnowledge” was detected and that it was strongly recommended that I remove it - so I did as avast prompted me to do and selected the “Completely Remove” option. After doing so I scanned again for good measure and was met with the same warning for RelevantKnowledge. After looking into the program a bit more I attempted to find it in my Installed Programs and found nothing. Neither my task bar nor Start Menu showed any presence of it as I’ve read it does for others. Chrome shows no additional toolbars aside from the ones I installed myself. I downloaded MalwareBytes Anti Malware and ran a full scan - nothing. So my question is, am I doing something wrong? Is this a possible False Positive? If a program I installer asked me if I would like to install Relevant Knowledge and I declined, would avast still detect it as a treat? Any ideas would be of great help.

Thought I should add this though not sure it’s of any help.
