I installed Avast Internet Security on my mothers computer and wanted to help trough remote assistance, It worked with mouse, but could not use the keyboard. Nothing came on remoted PC when I pushed buttons.
I missed some settings on my mothers PC?

Can you reproduce the bug always ? Every time when you provide remote access to the mother computer, are you without keyboard ?

It works trough two LAN computers, I will try to a WAN computer tomorrow.
Another thing, the desktop background picture is changed to black background on the remoted pc when im connected, and it stays with that black backgorund after the connection is closed, why?
I would like to keep the backgorund on remoted pc when done, did I missed some settings?
