Remote Console Hangs

When I went to view one of the generated infection reports the remote adnm console hung. I got the following error in the error file.

9/30/2004 4:43:34 PM 1096577014 gprzybyl 2188 Internal error has occurred in module aswEnhcd.exe, function repViewReport().

I then have to restart the remote console.

Hmmmm… might be the Crystal Reports viewer object problem :(.
When you restarted the console, the very same report could be viewed normally?

Yes no problems viewing the same report after restarting the console.

Old thread, but the topic fits my problem. But I don’t have problem with the reports, but that the console hangs after being idle for some time, or maybe after some uptime (maybe it has nothing to do with idle time).
Anyways, I connect to the server using remote desktop, the console is up allready. I then press F5 to update the view…and it’s hung.
It’s like this on all my adnm-server installations, and my guess is that it’s not really Avast that has hung, but the sql-server or something. It’s installed with the sql-server that is in the avast-package.
I’ve tried to restart the services “MSSQL$AVAST”, which sais it needs to restart “SQLAgent$AVAST” and “avast! Management Server”, and when I press Yes, it can’t shut down “avast! Management Server” service.

I have to reboot the server to get the console back to life again…

Can someone please advice me what to do to make this problem go away?
