hi to all, newbie here.
i let avast take over my computer 4weeks ago and they stuffed it, i have black screen, i phoned to renew and the talked me into buying 5and this would put me into the highest one for keeping computer clean. I did notworry me i have 3computers and my daughters has two, so the man named mark took control and three quaters through, my screen went black , they can not fix it i am out a computer and $189.00 they are saying now as one hour ago cant refund because i got an email that gave me the key, he cant understand that i did not get that email because i have a black screen we have been on phone at least 10times over the last 5weeks, anybody out there who can help me get into contact with there headoffice, thanks for any help in advance, julieanne

That was not avast but a third party that only handles certain things for avast.

For a refund and/or the other things, you need to contact avast (ticket) > https://support.avast.com
