You can’t do it completely in the Home Edition.
You can use the Professional version.
Probably, with next version of avast (4.5) you will be able to have a skinless interface… Wait a little 
Anyway, don’t you like the beautiful skins of avast? Why? Did you test more than the actual (default) one?
Yes, I like them but I have many now.
Is it possible to delete theme from Programs/Alwill/Avast!/Data/Skins ?
