How do I remove my credit card number from my account ?
I can’t find it anywhere at Avast. :-[
You can change your payment details, not remove them.
If this is in reference to auto-renewal, this should help:
Disabling Automatic Renewal service for Avast orders distributed by Nexway

Disabling Automatic Renewal service for Avast orders distributed by Digital River

Turn off Auto Renewal:

Access help on this topic within the Avast User Interface:

You can also look at/change the auto-renewal yourself here: https://www.avast.com/find-order
Your link was outdated or something.
The options to remove a card were not available.
The only thing I found is the info in the screenshot.
Thanks for the replies.
I think I got it solved.
Good to hear that.
What link was outdated ???
The option to remove auto-renewal was not shown as shown on the instruction page.
Oh well.
I contacted Avast & made a suggestion.
See picture—
It is still there:

The Help screen comes up blank—

I contacted Avast support & Cleverbridge & have not gotten any responses.
I may have to cancel my card & get a new one.
Current handling time for tickets is 1-2 business days.
Just have some patience.
I finally got it fixed by contacting customer support.

Hi David,
Thank you for contacting cleverbridge.
We have cancelled your subscription as requested, and there will be no further billing. You will be receiving a separate email shortly confirming the cancellation to keep for your records.
Please note that you will still have full access of your purchased product until September 3, 2017. At that time you will be notified to manually renew."
Now I’m happy.
If this was about canceling the auto-renewal, we already told you in reply #1 and #2.
Reply #1 & #2 did not help me.
So I contacted them & got a result.
I also canceled my card just to make sure Avast could not suck money out of it.
Avast makes it hard to get out of automatic renewal on purpose.
I think this attitude is criminal.
If this was about canceling the auto-renewal, we already told you in reply #1 and #2.Maybe avast should do like Trend Micro?
The first thing you see when logging in to account is a BIG green auto renew on/off button
This is what I see—

edit—Sorry. I thought you were talking about Avast. :-[
yes, avast does not have a big green on/off button
I said Trend Micro does and avast should do similar, very easy to manage renewal

Yep. I get it.
I’m old & sick & my mind works a little slow sometimes.
I visited your TrendMicro link.
It looks good.

Maybe canceling my credit card helped ?
I don’t know.
How do I cancel and unsubscribe, as I cancelled the subscription in the free trial period, and yet Avast is still trying te deduct. After I have unsubscribed!!! And I am being charged bank charges!
