Remove explorer.exe

Hi.
I added explorer.exe in bank mode (button +) - for opening local files (html)
After launch I have message: Server execution failed.

I try remove button without result.
ReInstallation didn’t help. (Button is undeletable)

Has anybody idea for this situation, please? (How reset it, or get default state for Avast Secure Browser)

Reset ASB: Click 3 (Three) dots upper right hand corner. Follow instructions on attached picture to reset ASB to default settings. Complete steps and reboot system.

Thank you, but did not help.

I tried your recommendation. Now setting for browser is default.
But button didn’t removed. (After all I tried reinstall, it did not help too)

I confirm it is not possible to launch explorer.exe from bank mode. Also removing of pinned icon is also broken now…

Hopefully issue will be fixed once ASB migrates to automatic updating.
