Remove unwanted notification from the desktop

Hi there,
I have a problem with Avast Premium Security 21.11.2500 (Build 21.11.6809.528).
I often see this picture (see screenshot) on my desktop, it cannot be removed or interacted with it in any way. Just a reboot will remove it. Can someone help me to stop this from happening? Thanks in advance.

When do you notice it (e.g. after a scan or randomly)? Which version of Windows do you have? Maybe try a repair. https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Repair-Antivirus/
