removing espeak911, colexity777, and 37.220.36.44 viruses

How do I remove the espeak911, colexity777 and 37.220.36.44 viruses from a PC computer?
I use avast! free version and Malwarebytes software for protection.
I need simple clear steps to remove the viruses.
I have updated both avast! and Malwarebytes and have run them.
Neither detected the viruses.
