So I have a 3pcs subscription for avast internet security. Currently my desktop is using 1, this laptop is using one and the other license is being used by a laptop which cannot be used.
This laptop I’m talking about is broken and cant be turned on to uninstall avast. My question is if the license is trapped in that laptop or how do I do to use that license into a new computer. Thanks
Remove that broken laptop from your account and you should be able to use the license on another system.
Here https://my.avast.com/#devices it only shows 1 device although I’ve never removed anything.
I mean, currently 2 computers share the same license but in “my devices” page it only shows 1 computer
EDIT: I went ahead to the avast interface and logged in with my account now https://my.avast.com/#devices shows 2 devices. The broken computer never logged in with my account thus I guess that’s the reason it doesnt show up in “my devices”
